• During the month: River procession (Pista ng Krus) at Obando, Bulacan, designed to secure a good harvest.
• 12 June: Independence Day; parade at Rizal Park, Manila.
• 15-24 June: Pinyahan Festival (Camarines Norte) with street presentation of pineapples, art exhibits, sports competition and cultural shows
• 24 June: Feast of St. John the Baptist (San Juan, Rizal province). Lechon Parade (Balayan, Batangas), during which sucking pigs are roasted in honour of the saint. Halaran festival at Roxas (Panay): similar to the Ati-atihan of Kalibo.
• 27 June: Celebration of the feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour (Baclaran,
Paranaque).
• 29 June: Feast of St. Peter and St. Paul (Apalit, Pampanga province), with river procession. Feast of San Pedro (Davao). Pintados Festival (Tacloban, Leyte), actual festival centres on body painting and tattooing to celebrates the bravery of the early warriors.
