International cruise ships dock at Manila Bay. Ferries from other islands to Manila dock at Pier Port.It has two main areas, the arrival area at South Harbor and the departure area at North Harbor. Major international shipping lines call at Manila such as American President Lines, Evergreen Lines, Everett Steamship, Far Eastern Shipping Company, Italia Marittima and Waterman Line. Schedules and rate are listed in the shipping pages of daily newspapers. Few visitors arrive in the Philippines by sea but traveling around the island on local boats or ferries is a great experience.
